Hello and welcome! I'm Isabelle Vrod (she/her/hers) and I specialize in working with individuals and couples struggling with a variety of life's difficulties - with an emphasis on neurodivergence. I am currently conducting both in person and virtual sessions. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and social justice oriented. I incorporate concepts from various therapies, including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused Therapies. I'm also passionate about combatting societal injustices, especially related to ableism and anti-fat bias, both personally and professionally. I'm excited to continue working with individuals and couples as they care for themselves and each other.

EDUCATION AND AFFILIATIONS
I have experience creating and facilitating social programs, providing resources to neurodiverse adults, and holding intake assessments. I'm particularly proud of the monthly Relationships and Sexuality program I created, which provided a space for individuals and couples to explore physical and emotional intimacy, as well as sexual identity. Additionally, while providing clinical therapy at Bleuler Psychotherapy Center, I collaborated with a diverse range of adults to process difficult life changes and challenges.
